The social network Twitter (X) has suffered a massive cyberattack, as reported on March 10 by the company’s owner, Elon Musk.

According to him, the attackers used significant resources, which could indicate the involvement of a large organized group or even a nation-state.

"A massive cyberattack was carried out on X (and is still ongoing). We are attacked every day, but this time, the scale of resources used is extremely serious. Either a highly coordinated group or an entire country is behind this," Musk wrote.

According to Downdetector, several major outages were recorded on Twitter throughout the day.

Users reported issues with feed loading, message sending, and access to the Grok chatbot.

Twitter (X) has previously been targeted by cybercriminals, but Musk emphasized that this attack is particularly large in scale.
