IDF expands operation in Rafah: Hamas bases and command centers destroyed
Israeli forces have launched a ground operation in Rafah, eliminating Hamas targets. In the northern part of the Gaza Strip, the IDF has dismantled a terrorist command center.

The Israeli army continues its large-scale operation in the Gaza Strip, expanding its activities southward. In the past few hours, IDF units launched a ground assault in the Shabura neighborhood of Rafah, eliminating several key terrorist infrastructure sites.
At the same time, Israeli forces are engaged in combat operations in the central and northern parts of the Gaza Strip.
Specifically, in one area in northern Gaza, the IDF destroyed a Hamas command center, which had been used to coordinate attacks against Israeli military personnel and civilians.
The Israeli Air Force is also actively supporting ground forces, with fighter jets and drones continuing to strike militants and terrorist infrastructure.
The IDF and Shin Bet have stated that operations in Gaza will continue until the threat to Israel is fully neutralized.
Earlier, Israeli security forces conducted a major operation in the Gaza Strip targeting Hamas positions.
The attacks, carried out by the IDF with the support of Shin Bet, were carefully planned and executed under military command supervision.
