U.S. President Donald Trump published a message on his Truth Social platform, announcing a drop in oil prices, food, and interest rates, noting the absence of inflation.
He called on the Federal Reserve to cut the key interest rate more rapidly.
According to him, the U.S. earns billions of dollars weekly due to current trade tariffs, despite what he described as "tariff aggression" from China.
Trump accused Beijing of raising tariffs by 34% despite his earlier warnings not to respond with sanctions.
He called China "the main economic abuser" and blamed former American leaders for allowing partner countries to benefit from the U.S. for decades.
It also became known that the introduction of new tariffs by Donald Trump triggered a collapse in global markets, resulting in the wealth of the world’s richest people dropping by $208 billion in a single day, with American billionaires suffering the most significant losses.
