All of Ukraine, Kyiv and the region suffered a massive missile and drone attack
Nighttime strikes on Ukrainian settlements, including Kyiv and its suburbs, were carried out with missiles and drones, causing fires and destruction. There are civilian casualties.

Ukraine. On the night of April 24, all of Ukraine, including Kyiv and several districts in the Kyiv region, came under a massive air attack by Russia.
According to the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Tymur Tkachenko, the strikes involved ballistic missiles launched from different directions, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles. The threat of further strikes remains in the airspace above the capital and its surroundings.
As of 01:40, numerous fires have been reported as a result of the hits. According to Kyiv City Administration, there were two fires in the Holosiivskyi district, four in Shevchenkivskyi, and preliminarily three in Sviatoshynskyi.
Residential buildings, garages, and vehicles were damaged. Five people were injured, including a three-year-old child.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, one of the victims was rescued from under the rubble.
The attack also affected the region. According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, a five-story residential building and a shop were damaged in the Bucha district; a forest fire broke out in the Vyshhorod district, and grass caught fire in the Brovary district. No casualties have been reported in these areas.
In Kharkiv, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, seven missile strikes were recorded. Information about casualties is being clarified.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko also reported that, as of now, 12 people were injured in the capital as a result of the enemy attack. All were hospitalized by medical teams.
