Pakistan has accused India of preparing military aggression and claims to possess credible intelligence that New Delhi plans to strike its territory within the next 24–36 hours. This was announced on April 30 by Pakistan's Minister of Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar.

According to him, the pretext for the attack was fabricated accusations of Islamabad’s involvement in the Pahalgam incident.

Pakistan rejected such claims, reminded of its own fight against terrorism, and called for an independent international investigation.

The authorities in Islamabad warned that any military incursion would receive a strong response. The minister also accused India of using the conflict to achieve political goals.

Pakistan appealed to the international community to prevent escalation.

Earlier, the Security Council led by Modi suspended the Indus Waters Treaty, closed the border, and canceled visas. The Indian army has been placed on combat alert. Islamabad denies the accusations.
