A dangerous incident involving a tiger shark occurred near the remote Red Bluff beach in Western Australia, over 1,000 km from Perth.

Spearfishers Sam Anderson and Jasmine Warnford were underwater hunting when the predator approached them.

The shark attempted to snatch their catch and then charged at Anderson with its jaws open. The man fended it off with a spear.

As it retreated, the shark grabbed a fish tied to a float line that was wrapped around Warnford’s waist.

As a result, the shark dragged her underwater for about 10 meters before she managed to break free.

The incident was captured on a GoPro mounted on a helmet and shows Warnford being flipped and pulled into the depths while Anderson swims to her aid.
