Trump to hold UFC fight at the White House for the 250th anniversary of the USA (video)
President Donald Trump has promised to stage a spectacular UFC fight right on the White House lawn in 2026. It will be part of the country's grand anniversary celebration.

Donald Trump has announced a UFC fight on the grounds of the White House to mark the 250th anniversary of the United States. Speaking at a rally in Iowa, he said the fight would be one of the main events of the America250 celebration.
“Do you love UFC? The great Dana White is with us. We will host a fight right at the White House, with an arena and thousands of spectators!” Trump said, adding that up to 25,000 people are expected at the event.
The lawn show is part of the president’s grand plan to celebrate the country's anniversary. Other events include the “Great State Fair,” a final festival on the National Mall in Washington, “Patriotic Games” featuring top students, and the opening of the National Garden of American Heroes.
Trump noted that every national park and historical site will participate in the 2026 anniversary festivities. “We will make America’s 250th anniversary the brightest year in its history,” the president promised.
