Eriksson to Lead Liverpool in Charity Match Against Ajax
Sven-Göran Eriksson, who is battling cancer, will coach Liverpool in a charity match, with proceeds going to charity

The renowned Swedish coach Sven-Göran Eriksson, facing a serious illness of cancer and having a limited amount of time, will join Liverpool's coaching staff to participate in a charity match against the legends of Ajax. This was reported by the official website of the football club.
This match, scheduled for March 23 at Anfield Stadium, will be special, given Eriksson's long-standing love for the "Merseysiders", despite his work at Manchester City in the past.
The match will also feature outstanding Liverpool players from the past: John Barnes, Ian Rush, and John Aldridge.
All proceeds from ticket sales will be directed to financing the club's charitable projects.
