Elimination of a KB "Mars" engineer in Moscow: details of Ukraine's operation
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine conducted an operation in Moscow: Mikhail Shatsky, a developer of X-69 cruise missiles used in attacks on Ukraine, has been eliminated.
In Moscow, Mikhail Shatsky, Deputy Chief Designer of KB "Mars" and head of the software department, was eliminated. This was reported by Focus, citing its sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
It is claimed that the operation was carried out by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. Shatsky was responsible for upgrading X-59 cruise missiles to the X-69 level, which the Russian army actively uses to attack Ukrainian cities.
Journalist Alexander Nevzorov also reported on the elimination in his Telegram channel, noting that Shatsky had been introducing new drones and other developments that caused civilian casualties.
The information was confirmed by sources in Ukraine's Defense Forces. KB "Mars," where Shatsky worked, is responsible for producing control systems for the MKB "Raduga" missile complex.
These missiles are actively used under contracts from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Earlier, it was reported that in occupied Enerhodar, a car explosion occurred involving the head of physical security at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, accused of war crimes involvement.
It also became known that in Berdyansk, during a car explosion, Vitaliy Lomeiko, a collaborator judge known for his support of the occupiers, was killed.
