White House adviser General Keith Kellogg announced that a U.S. delegation led by John Coale held talks with Alexander Lukashenko. The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the U.S. and Belarus. As a result of the discussions, 14 political prisoners from Poland, Japan, and other countries were released.
